Cari Rincker is a nationally respected family and agriculture attorney, mediator, and educator with nearly two decades of experience. Raised on her family’s cattle farm in Shelbyville, she brings a practical, solution-focused approach to mediation, particularly in matters involving families, farms, and business succession. Licensed in multiple states, Cari is a trained mediator in divorce, custody, parenting time, rural land use, and agricultural disputes.

Now back in her hometown of Shelbyville, Cari is raising her two young children while continuing to serve both the legal and agricultural communities through her practice, mediation work, and public education.
