All of our mediators are approved under Illinois Supreme Court Rule 905 and meet the highest standards for neutrality, professionalism, and continuing education.

Cari Rincker is a nationally recognized mediator and attorney with deep experience in agricultural and family law. As a co-founder of Illinois Mediation Clinic, she believes in practical solutions and balanced outcomes for all parties involved.
Liz Nohren is a seasoned family law attorney and court-approved mediator with over a decade of experience in Central Illinois. She is known for her steady presence and thoughtful, client-centered mediation style.

How We Assign Mediators
Once your intake form is received, we review the details of your case and assign a mediator whose background, location, and availability best align with your needs. You may also request a specific mediator, and we will do our best to honor that request whenever possible.
