At Illinois Mediation Clinic, we believe clients deserve clear, upfront information about what to expect — including pricing. Our mediation services are structured to be cost-effective, efficient, and significantly more affordable than traditional litigation.

We offer a mix of flat-fee and hourly pricing, depending on the type and complexity of the matter. Fees are discussed with each client during the intake process to ensure full transparency before scheduling.

Payment Expectations

  • Payment is due prior to the scheduled mediation session

  • Parties typically split fees equally unless otherwise agreed

  • We accept payment via credit card, check, or online invoice

  • Invoices and receipts are provided for all payments
